Second Nature Family Health & Wellness Centre is a multidisciplinary mental-health clinic offering compassionate, developmentally informed care for children, youth, and families.

Our clinic provides psychotherapy, occupational therapy, and allied mental-health services within a warm, nature-inspired environment that prioritizes safety, dignity, and regulation. We work from a trauma-informed, attachment-based, and neuro-affirming lens, supporting families through challenges related to emotional regulation, anxiety, neurodivergence, parenting stress, transitions, and complex life experiences.

What sets our clinic apart is our collaborative and relational approach. Practitioners work closely with families—and when appropriate, with our school team—to ensure care is integrated, practical, and deeply respectful of each family’s values and goals.

Second Nature School offers therapeutic, neuro-affirming educational support for children and youth who need a gentler, more responsive learning environment.
